1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online shop.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we expressly confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.
The ordering process is designed in accordance with the legal requirements applicable to online orders involving an obligation to pay.
3. Prices and Currency
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory VAT where applicable.
Depending on the destination and selected shipping method, additional shipping costs may apply. Available shipping methods and any applicable costs are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
4. Shipping, Delivery Area and Customs
We deliver within Germany, within the European Union and to selected international destinations.
The countries available for delivery, shipping methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes or other fees. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payments may be processed using payment methods provided by Shopify or other payment service providers.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
7. Right of Withdrawal

9. Contract Language and Contract Text
The contract language is German.

10. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers residing outside Germany, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory legal provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
11. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
