Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online shop.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to his or her commercial or independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his or her commercial or independent professional activity.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order by sending you a confirmation email.
3. Prices and currency
All prices are quoted in euros (€).
Prices include statutory VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and on the order page before completing the order.
4. Shipping, delivery area and customs
We deliver worldwide.
The available delivery countries and the respective shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and are valid from the time of receipt of payment.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply (e.g., customs duties, taxes, or fees). These costs are not covered by us and must be paid by the customer to the relevant authorities.
5. Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Shopify Payments
With Shopify Payments, you can pay by credit card (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as with the local payment methods offered in your country (e.g., Klarna Sofort or Klarna Invoice).
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. To use PayPal, you must be registered there or register first. Then enter your login details and confirm the payment order.
Apple Pay & Google Pay
If you have activated Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can conveniently make payments using your mobile device.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in our cancellation policy.
8. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
9. Contract language and contract text
The contract language is German.
We save the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can view the General Terms and Conditions at any time on our website.
10. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers residing outside Germany, this choice of law only applies to the extent that it is not contrary to mandatory legal provisions of the country in which the consumer is residing.
