Cancellation & Return (Consumers)

Statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (beginning upon receipt of the goods). To exercise this right, simply send a clear statement by email to info@aloba.us .

Consequences of revocation
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice, but no earlier than after we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of shipment. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

Returns

• Please ensure sufficient postage and keep proof of shipment.
• You are generally responsible for return shipping costs; if the goods are defective, we will cover or refund them.
• The return address may differ from the billing address; it will be communicated to you during the process.

Hygiene/cosmetic exception (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB)
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are excluded from the return if their seal has been removed after delivery or if they have been used/opened:

• Cosmetics and care products.

Returns are therefore only possible in unopened, unused original packaging.

Loss of value
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Warranty
The statutory rights in the event of defects apply.

Exclusions/Custom-made items
There is no right of withdrawal for items manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code).
