Shipping & Delivery
Processing time (made-to-order)
Our products are assembled for you after we receive your order. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days (exceptionally, for larger quantities, up to 7–12 business days ).
Delivery times (after shipping)
- Germany: 2–5 working days
- EU: 4–8 working days
- International: 7–14 business days
Note: Seasonal peaks, customs duties in non-EU countries, and regional delivery conditions may affect delivery times.
Shipping costs (weight-based)
The following flat rates cover shipping, packaging and handling.
Germany
- 0–2 kg: €8.90
- 2–5 kg: 10.90 €
- 5–10 kg: 12.90 €
- 10–15 kg: €15.90
EU
- 0–2 kg: 10.90 €
- 2–5 kg: 12.90 €
- 5–10 kg: 14.90 €
- 10–15 kg: 19.90 €
International (outside the EU)
- 0–2 kg: 17.90 €
- 2–5 kg: 19.90 €
- 5–10 kg: €24.90

Shipment tracking
After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Address changes
Address corrections may be possible within 24 hours of ordering (no guarantee). Please contact support immediately.
Undeliverable shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failure to arrive, or non-collection and is returned to us, we will notify you. Reshipment is possible; the buyer will bear the additional shipping costs.
Transport damage & loss
Please report any visible transport damage or loss to our support team immediately, at the latest within 7 days of (planned) delivery, and attach photos of the damaged goods and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the statutory warranty.
Customs & import duties
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are borne by the recipient.
Partial deliveries
For logistical reasons, orders may be delivered in partial shipments. This will not incur any additional costs for you.
