At aloba, we aim to deliver your order safely and reliably. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and any applicable shipping costs depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, the relevant tracking information will also be provided.
Shipping within Germany
Standard shipping within Germany is currently free.
For orders of €50 or more, an Express shipping option is also available with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days.
Depending on the order, additional carrier-calculated shipping options may be available at checkout.
Shipping within the European Union
Standard shipping within the EU is currently free, with an estimated delivery time of 2–8 business days.
Depending on the destination, additional carrier-calculated shipping options may be available.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
Available shipping methods, any applicable costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and shipping provider.

Customs and Import Charges
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other local charges.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Address and Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before completing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aloba.us. Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to change the delivery address.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. In exceptional circumstances, delays may occur due to shipping providers, customs clearance, seasonal increases in order volume or other circumstances outside our control.
Where possible, we will assist with delivery issues and provide any available information regarding the shipping status.
